What RadarApp is and is not

RadarApp is a business service. It searches for schemes and opportunities that may suit your sector and region, such as grants and tenders, and explains what is happening in plain language. It is not an adviser.

RadarApp provides information, not legal, tax or financial advice. We check sources but cannot guarantee coverage, accuracy or eligibility. Always check deadlines and conditions at the official source before applying or making a decision. No alert does not mean that nothing is happening.

An obligation to make efforts, not a guarantee

RadarApp makes efforts to find, check and report grants, tenders, changes in legislation and other schemes that match the profile you have entered. RadarApp does not guarantee that every relevant signal will be found, that a signal will be reported in time, or that the information in a signal has full coverage, is up to date or is accurate. Sources change, publish irregularly and are sometimes unavailable. The absence of a notification does not mean that nothing is happening.

Your own checks

You remain responsible for checking deadlines, conditions and texts with the official source, such as RVO, TenderNed, Overheid.nl, the Dutch Tax Administration, your municipality or your province, before submitting an application, submitting a tender or making a decision. RadarApp does not replace an adviser, accountant, lawyer or grants adviser.

Limitation of liability

RadarApp is not liable for loss or damage arising because a signal is missing, late, lacking in coverage or inaccurate, or because you acted or did not act on a signal. This includes, in any event, a grant not obtained, a missed tender or submission deadline, a fine, lost profit or revenue, and other consequential loss. If RadarApp is nevertheless liable, its liability is limited to the amount you paid to RadarApp in the twelve months before the event. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness by RadarApp.

Record keeping

RadarApp records when a signal was checked and when a notification was sent. In a dispute about whether and when something was reported, these records are decisive unless you demonstrate that they are incorrect.

Business use

RadarApp is intended for use by businesses and self-employed people in the course of their business or profession. By creating a business account, you declare that you are acting as a business.

If you use RadarApp as a consumer with a personal account, the applicable terms are theconsumer termsand not these terms.

Subscription and modules

• Basic monthly: € 24,99 per month, from day one
• Basic annual: € 239 per year
• Module Construction & installation: €12,50 per month, on top of Basic

All prices exclude VAT. There is no free trial.

Founding price

To be verified by the lawyer.

The founding price is €179 excl. VAT instead of €239 for the first 100 customers who pay for a business yearly subscription. It applies per customer only to the first twelve-month term, not to monthly subscriptions. The order is determined objectively by receipt of the first payment. Renewal is at the rate applicable at that time, announced at least 30 days in advance. RadarApp may close the founding price earlier and will announce this on the site. The 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply.

Personal add-on

With a business account, you can add personal use for € 2,99 per month or € 24 per year, including VAT. The business part is governed by these terms and is invoiced to the business excluding VAT. The personal part is governed by theconsumer terms, is listed separately on the invoice including VAT, and is subject to the right to withdraw and the 30-day money-back provision in those terms.

The personal add-on can be cancelled separately. If you cancel it, we delete the personal profile and your business account remains active. If you cancel the business account, the personal add-on also ends.

Radar report

The radar report is a one-off purchase of € 49 excluding VAT. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The report is generated at the time of purchase using the signals RadarApp has at that time, for the profile you choose.

The report is a snapshot as at its creation date. It does not provide advice, guarantee an award or guarantee coverage. We do not update the report after that date.

The report is subject to 30 days to get your money back: within 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid in full on request.

If, within 30 days of purchase, you take out an annual subscription, we deduct the € 49 in full from the first payment for that annual subscription. We do not deduct anything for a monthly subscription. If your report has been refunded, we do not deduct its price either.

Subscribers can generate a retrospective report: this is included with an annual subscription, while with a monthly subscription it costs € 29 excluding VAT.

You receive the report by email and, as a subscriber, can download it in My Radar. After 30 days, we send one email showing what has been added for your profile since then, but only if anything has been added. After that, there are no further emails unless you take out a subscription.

Not satisfied? Money back

30-day money-back guarantee. One email is enough. Within 30 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid in full on request, without giving a reason.

Referral scheme

Customers receive a personal referral link. If a new customer signs up through that link, the code is recorded at sign-up. A new customer can have one referrer. Self-referrals are excluded.

The referrer receives € 20 in credit once the new customer has made their first payment. This credit is deducted from the referrer's next invoice. The new customer receives € 20 off their first payment.

If the new customer uses the money-back guarantee within 30 days, the referrer's credit is cancelled. Credit and discounts cannot be paid out in cash.

RadarApp may change or end the scheme for future referrals. Misuse will result in the credit and discount being cancelled. The scheme takes effect once payments through RadarApp are available.

The monthly subscription and each module can be cancelled monthly. The annual subscription runs until the end of the paid year. After cancellation, the current month runs to its end and no further charges are made.
