Lighter annual accountability for micro care providers (Wtza)

What is happening

Amendment adopted on 26 March 2024: the minister may limit the annual accountability obligation for micro care providers (two of three: assets up to €450,000, net turnover up to €900,000, fewer than 10 employees). The concrete lighter rules and the financial year have not yet been set.
