SVVE: sustainability subsidy for owners' associations

What is happening

According to RVO the SVVE (successor of the SEEH) is open to applications from owners' associations (VvE) until the end of 2030. The conditions were adjusted on 1 January 2026 and €25 million extra budget is coming for SVVE applications.

Who it matters to

For bouw & installatie, bouw & installatie, bouw & installatie. Owners' associations are larger clients for insulation and installations.
