Who these terms apply to

These terms apply if you use RadarApp as a private individual, rather than for your business or profession. Business terms apply to business accounts.

RadarApp's business details, including its name, address and Dutch Chamber of Commerce registration number, will be listed here before payments through RadarApp become available.

What RadarApp is and is not

RadarApp looks for schemes that may suit your household, such as benefits, and explains relevant developments in plain language. It is neither a public authority nor an adviser, so it does not replace the Belastingdienst, Toeslagen, UWV or a financial adviser.

RadarApp provides information, not legal, tax or financial advice. We check sources but cannot guarantee coverage, accuracy or eligibility. Always check deadlines and conditions at the official source before applying or making a decision. No alert does not mean that nothing is happening.

An obligation to make efforts, not a guarantee

RadarApp makes efforts to find, check and notify you about schemes that match the profile you have provided. We do not guarantee that we will find every suitable scheme, that notifications will arrive in time, or that the information has full coverage, is up to date or is correct. Not receiving a notification does not mean there are no relevant developments.

Your own checks

Always check amounts, conditions and deadlines with the official source, such as Toeslagen, the Belastingdienst, UWV, RVO or your local council, before applying or making a decision.

Pricing

Monthly subscription: €4,99 per month. Annual subscription: €39 per year. All prices include VAT. There are no additional costs.

Personal add-on

To be verified by the lawyer.

If you have a business account, you can add personal use for €2,99 per month or €24 per year, including VAT. This gives you a separate personal profile with its own choices, consents and notifications.

These terms apply to the personal part, including the right of withdrawal and the 30-day money-back guarantee set out below. The personal part is listed separately on the invoice, including VAT. The business terms apply to the business part, which is invoiced to the business excluding VAT.

You can cancel the personal add-on separately. Your personal profile will then be deleted, while your business account remains active.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of taking out your subscription, without giving a reason. This right comes from the rules on distance selling.

At your express request, the service starts as soon as you take out your subscription. If you withdraw within 14 days, you pay only a proportionate amount for the days when you could use RadarApp and receive a refund for the rest.

Not satisfied? Money back

In addition, on request within 30 days of your first payment, you receive a refund of the entire amount, without giving a reason. One email to support@radarapp.nl is enough.

Term and cancellation

The monthly subscription can be cancelled monthly.

The annual subscription has an initial term of one year. After that, it continues indefinitely and you can cancel at any time with one month's notice. We will let you know in good time when the initial term is due to end.

You can cancel by emailing support@radarapp.nl or in Settings once that option is available.

Liability

If RadarApp is liable for loss or damage, its liability is limited to the amount you paid RadarApp in the twelve months before the event. This limit does not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness by RadarApp.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

If we change these terms or the price to your disadvantage, we will give you at least one month's notice. You can then cancel free of charge before the change takes effect.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, email support@radarapp.nl. We will respond within 14 days.

If we cannot resolve the matter together, you can also use the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can also take a dispute to the competent court.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
